I grew up in Thailand which is where my insipiration for classic Thai cooking began. My passsion led me to broaden my knowledge by creating Malaysian and Chinese dishes with a desire to capture the full range of Asian cooking. This also inspired my love for equalling taste with presentation which is key to preparing modern Chinese food.
